A major pharmaceutical manufacturer was undertaking a program designed to increase their distribution capability, improve efficiency, and tightly integrate ERP and WMS systems.
Recent experiences with smaller projects had not produced results in a predictable and timely fashion. Significant savings had already been committed, and a very real potential existed for losing that money if the timeline wasn’t kept to.
Endeavor drove and developed the technical solution in SAP, APO, and ECC. Our team also managed the associated business processes, training documentation, and implementation and change management activities including role and security definition as well as the cutover plan.
As a result of our work, the client was left with a streamlined global tolling solution which greatly improved the efficiencies and performance measures related to this process.
In addition, Endeavor provided the client with documentation and deliverables that enabled them to expand upon and support the work. Endeavor’s solution is currently being expanded globally to other applicable areas within the client’s supply chain.
