Benoit (Ben) David
Managing Partner, CEO
Ben has extensive and progressive leadership experience in delivering a wide array of business solutions to address the need of clients in Consumer, Pharma, Bio-Pharma and other industries. In his role, Ben spends time developing new and comprehensive business solutions, including science and technology, to address the ever changing client business needs. While working closely with his client base and industry Subject Matter Experts, his consulting assignments and programs provided him with the opportunity to aid businesses with Supply Chain, Clinical, Manufacturing, Technical Operations, and beyond.
Ian Costello
Managing Partner, CIO
Ian has over 15 years developing and deploying applications across system landscapes, both for large enterprise and fast-scaling startups. Ian graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in Information Systems and Computer Science. He leads Endeavor’s efforts around e-Commerce and integrating system landscapes to ensure a flexible and responsive supply chain. He also has comprehensive experience in agile project management and setting up & resourcing engagements for on-time & on-budget delivery.
Chris Chambers
Managing Partner, President
Chris is a highly experienced Senior Consultant with over 20 years of system and business process knowledge. Chris has designed and implemented aspects of virtually every core SAP module, with a heavy focus on PP, PP-PI, MM, PM, LO, WM, (LES) and APO.
David Lerner
Managing Partner, COO
David specializes in transforming business operations within quality, R&D, regulatory and manufacturing operations in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. David has provided guidance across regulatory, quality and clinical functions. With over 20 years of experience, he has a proven track record in delivering results through business process improvement via Lean deployment of advanced technology systems and highly effective project management. David is also a GCP and GMP quality expert, providing advice to clients on their Quality Management Systems, and preparing and responding to regulatory authority inspections.
David Lombardi
Managing Partner, CFO
David’s healthcare and consumer products experience spans 32 years, most recently joining Endeavor Consulting Group as a Managing Partner. Working with major CPG companies to deliver significant and sustainable business results through Package/Product Development, and Supply Chain.
Nick Sullivan
Associate Partner and Scientific Consultant
Nick Sullivan, brings extensive experience and expertise in the Biopharmaceutical and CMO industries. He began his career as a cell culture process development scientist supporting client programs from pre-clinical development through late-phase process characterization, technology transfer, and GMP manufacturing. Since joining Endeavor in 2016, Nick has served as Principal Consultant leading a number of client programs in North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
Soami Medina
Associate Partner
Soami has over 20 years of experience in development of both plant level and enterprise level validation strategies and solutions that support supply chain efficiency and effectiveness (SPC, MES, PLM, ERP). Hands on experience in full life cycle of implementing systems (SDLC) in the regulated industry.
